Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 August 2026 · Effective: 2 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Isaac Lindsay Whitbread, an individual sole trader in Australia who operates the website and application under the name PostAirport ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of PostAirport (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service
PostAirport is a multi-tenant tool that lets you schedule and publish organic Instagram feed photos and Reels, view analytics, and manually manage comments and user-initiated direct-message conversations for Instagram professional accounts that you connect. PostAirport acts on your behalf and only with the accounts and permissions you authorize. PostAirport is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login. Sign-in uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email — keep your email account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the accounts you connect and the content you schedule.
- You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Instagram connection & Platform Policy
When you connect an Instagram professional account, you authorize PostAirport to publish content, read insights, and provide individual comment and message management on your behalf through Meta's official APIs. You agree that your use of the Service must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy and Community Guidelines, and all applicable Meta/Instagram terms. You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish and each interaction you send complies with those policies. Message replies are available only where Meta permits them, including its normal 24-hour reply window. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, our users, or our standing with Meta.
For every message conversation you handle through PostAirport, you must have legally sufficient permission to communicate with the recipient. You must immediately honor any request to block, discontinue, or opt out of messages, whether the request reaches you on Instagram, by email, through support, or by another channel. Record the request using PostAirport's conversation suppression control and do not resume messaging unless the recipient gives renewed consent and you record that renewed consent in PostAirport. A new inbound message alone does not clear an existing suppression.
4. Acceptable use
To keep every account in good standing and to comply with the Instagram Platform Policy, you agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Engage in spam, bulk unsolicited posting, or artificial or repetitive content designed to manipulate distribution.
- Perform engagement farming — including like-for-like schemes, follow/unfollow tactics, engagement pods, or any attempt to inflate metrics artificially.
- Automate or bulk-trigger likes, comments, follows, private replies, direct messages, or other interactions. PostAirport supports only individual, user-initiated comment and message actions; it does not, and you may not use it to, automate engagement.
- Message a recipient who has not given legally sufficient permission, or continue messaging after an on-platform or off-platform request to stop. You must use PostAirport's suppression control immediately and may remove it only after recording renewed consent.
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or connect accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, security, or any technical measures of the Service or of Instagram/Meta.
- Scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute data obtained through the Service, or use it for advertising, model training, or any purpose other than managing your own connected accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
Violating this section is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos, images, captions, and other content you upload or publish ("Your Content"). You grant PostAirport a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service — that is, to stage and publish it to the Instagram accounts you designate. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Uploaded media is subject to the staging and cleanup practices described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Plans, billing & trials
- PostAirport is offered under cabin-class subscription plans described on our pricing page. The current plans allow unlimited connected accounts and set a monthly-post allowance.
- Free allowance. New accounts can publish up to 10 posts without a paid plan. When those 10 posts have been used, a paid plan is required to publish more.
- Billing. Paid plans are priced and billed in US dollars (USD) in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Changes. Available plan changes are managed through the Stripe billing portal. The portal shows and confirms when a requested change and its price take effect before you submit it.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded on cancellation.
- Non-payment. If a charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until payment is resolved.
7. Cancellation & termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; for an ordinary subscription cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your whole PostAirport account immediately blocks new activity, requests termination of the Stripe billing relationship, and removes local account and Instagram data without waiting on Stripe availability. If Stripe is temporarily unavailable, a minimal cancellation record is retried independently until Stripe confirms termination. You may also disconnect Instagram accounts in the app or follow the data-deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by Meta or by law, or to protect the Service. Deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing depends on Instagram/Meta APIs, which may change, rate-limit, delay, or reject requests outside our control. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, that analytics will be complete or error-free, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Instagram data may lag, be incomplete, or be unavailable due to Meta's systems.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isaac Lindsay Whitbread, operating PostAirport, and the Service's suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or reach, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isaac Lindsay Whitbread, operating PostAirport, from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right (including Instagram/Meta policies).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
