Delete your data

You can delete your PostAirport data at any time. This page explains exactly how, and what happens when you do. Deletion is permanent and applies to your account, connected Instagram accounts ("terminals"), access tokens, uploaded media, and cached insights.

The fastest way: open PostAirport, go to Terminals, and choose Disconnect Instagram for a single account, or Delete my data to remove your whole account. Prefer email? Write to privacy@postairport.com from your account address.

Choose how to delete

Option 1 — Disconnect or delete in the app

  1. Sign in

    Go to app.postairport.com and sign in with your magic link.

  2. Open Terminals

    Navigate to Terminals (your connected Instagram accounts).

  3. Disconnect an account

    Choose Disconnect Instagram on any terminal. This immediately revokes access and deletes that account's tokens and cached insights.

  4. Or delete everything

    Choose Delete my data to permanently remove your PostAirport account and all associated data, including every connected account, media, and insight.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a request to privacy@postairport.com from the email address on your account (or tell us which account to delete). We will verify the request and delete your data. Please allow up to 30 days, though we typically act much sooner.

Option 3 — Remove PostAirport from Instagram

You can revoke PostAirport's access directly from Instagram:

  1. In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Apps and websites (under Website permissions / Business tools).
  2. Find PostAirport and choose Remove.

When you do this, Instagram/Meta notifies PostAirport with a deauthorization and a data-deletion request. We automatically delete the tokens and Platform Data for that account. For data-deletion requests, our system issues a confirmation code and a status URL where you can check the result.

Checking a Meta data-deletion request. If you arrived here from Instagram with a confirmation code (for example ?code=ABC123 in the address bar), that code identifies your deletion request. You can confirm its status by emailing privacy@postairport.com with the code, and our app's status page will report whether the deletion has completed.

What gets deleted

We may retain limited billing and transaction records where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reels that have already been published to your Instagram account are not affected by deleting your PostAirport data — manage those in Instagram directly.

How long it takes

In-app disconnection and deletion take effect immediately. Requests received by email or through a Meta deauthorization/data-deletion signal are actioned promptly and within 30 days at the latest.
